He founded Clermount, a Climate Tech M&A boutique, raising nearly $700 million in growth equity across 30+ deals. Julien is Vice-Chairman of Tarkett and graduated from HEC and Makers Academy.

Risana Zitha has over 24 years investment banking experience. He has advised on M&A transactions totalling over $43bn and on capital raisings, including IPOs, totalling over $10bn. He has worked in various industries including technology, telecoms, energy and healthcare. He is a graduate of London Business School (Sloan Fellow) and a Dartmouth College.

Rayana is a B2B Marketing professional with over 20 years experience in working for start-ups, SMEs and large organisations within the tech space. With a passion for driving business growth, branding and demand generation, she has a strong background in marketing for tech driven companies including AI-powered technology, e-marketplaces, search engines and SaaS software.

Stefan Walter has 15+ years of investment banking experience in advising corporates and financial investors in the Energy and Industrials sectors globally, extensively covering Chemicals and ClimateTech industries. He has advised on transactions with an aggregate value of over $30bn and is a graduate of UC Berkeley and the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.

Viral has worked on several public and private market transactions spanning M&A, restructuring, financial due diligence and debt financing. He has a track record of delivering global financing solutions as both an investor and advisor to various types of borrowers including private & growth equity, venture capital and entrepreneurs. Transactions include acquisition finance, venture debt, fintech and climate tech.

Dorian is an experienced technology investment banker with over ten years of diverse expertise in technology advisory, private equity, and B2B SaaS consulting. Passionate about innovative technologies and their global impact, Dorian has worked on numerous cross-border tech deals spanning Europe, the US, and the MEA region. Fluent in French, English, and Spanish, Dorian holds a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Paris, graduating with honours.

Ali Al Suhail has over 10 years of experience, having advised on advisory engagements worth $3bn across e-commerce, agri-tech, fintech, energy, and telecom sectors. Ali’s previous experience includes working for EY Dubai and Accenture. He holds an MBA from London Business School and is a CFA charterholder.

Marion has 6+ years’ experience working across M&A and Fundraisings for companies ranging from private SMBs to listed large caps. Experiences prior to DAI Magister include Moelis and SF Capital. She is an ESCP Paris graduate and is fluent in French, English, Wolof and Spanish.

Omar brings over 7 years of buy and sell-side experience to DAI Magister. He previously worked in equity research at Kepler Cheuvreux, engaging in high-profile projects such as the spinoff and IPO of Siemens Energy, the divestment of ABB’s energy business, and Alstom’s acquisition of Bombardier Transportation. A CFA Charterholder, Omar holds a first-class Accounting & Finance degree from Kingston University.

Remus has over 3 years experience working on M&A and equity fundraising for technology companies across Europe, USA, and emerging markets. A graduate of the London School of Economics with first class honours in BSc Politics and Economics, he is passionate about innovative technologies addressing today’s pressing climate challenges.
